Product Analysis of Meizida Plastic Tube Tube

Diameter:

D16, D19, D22, D25, D30, D35, D38, D40, D45, D50, D55, D60. The length can be adjusted within the range specified by the customer (40-210mm).

 Tube Material:

PE, PCR,aluminum-plastic composite( ABL), all-plastic composite.

Color:

 PE tube: Transparent, colored. 

Aluminum-plastic composite tube: The base color of the material includes silver base and white base. 

Printing: Custom printing based on the customer's provided design. A large area of the tube body can be printed in any color. 

Glazing: Glossy finish, matte finish, rubber-feel varnish. 

Caps: Screw caps, octagonal caps, acrylic caps, wood-grain caps, flip-top caps, functional toggle caps. All these caps are available in round, flat, and extra-flat styles. 

Sealing & Packaging: 

Sealing: Customers can choose either tail sealing or aluminum foil sealing with screw caps, as per their requirements. 

Packaging: Standard packaging or custom packaging according to customer requirements.

 Cosmetics (BB cream, sunscreen, facial cleanser, face wash, body lotion, hand cream, lipstick, lip gloss, etc.)

A: Of course. We will ship the samples promptly once they are in stock. However, for special decorations or printing on the bottles, it will take approximately 7-10 days for preparation, and a reasonable sample fee will be charged. The sample fee will be refunded if a corresponding bulk order is placed!

A: The lead time for customized products is generally 20-30 working days, but the exact delivery time depends on the specific order quantity.

A: The MOQ for customized orders is 10,000 pieces. However, it can also be evaluated and negotiated based on the specific product.
